Chris King, Tomball Memorial’s Director of Percussion, is this season’s featured educator! Mr. King has created a classroom environment that thrives on creativity, innovation and critical thinking. The Superintendent’s Shining Stars award was created to recognize educators who are focused on creating a well-rounded learning environment for their students. This award is presented to one educator in each level – Elementary, Intermediate, Junior High and High School. Educators are recognized every season for their outstanding performances.
