Once again, Wildwood communities by Friendswood Development Company have earned national recognition for outstanding new-home sales.
Wildwood at NorthPointe which includes the Wildwood at Oakcrest community, has been ranked among the top 50 in the nation for 2018 home sales, based on a new ranking from John Burns Real Estate Consulting. The Tomball area community had 335 new-home sales in 2018.
In a similar report by real estate information firm RCLCO, Wildwood at NorthPointe was also ranked among the nation’s top 50 best-selling master-planned communities based on new-home sales in 2018.
